As defined by GDPR, the "Controller" of your personal data is the Dingsheng Team Management. We determine which data is processed and how, with the ultimate goal of maintaining daily team operations, organizing community events, and optimizing your website experience.

We always process your personal data based on a lawful "permit to drive." For Dingsheng Team, this primarily relies on the following:

• Your Consent: When you actively apply to join the team, register a website account, or subscribe to our notifications, you authorize us through a clear affirmative action (like ticking a box or clicking a confirm button) to process the information necessary for these services (e.g., your TruckersMP ID, contact details). You can withdraw this "permit" at any time.
• Legitimate Interests: As a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC), our core purpose is to build an active and orderly community. To achieve this "legitimate interest," we need to process some data, such as: displaying your in-game nickname and team role on the "Team Members" page to enhance community spirit; using your game data to organize convoys and publish leaderboards; and analyzing website traffic to defend against cyber-attacks and secure our shared digital home. We promise that when processing data based on legitimate interests, we conduct a strict assessment to ensure it does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

3. Your Rights: You are the "Master of Your Own Road"

Under GDPR, you have absolute control over your data, just as a trucker masters their rig. These rights include:

• Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, like getting a complete "trip log."
• Right to Rectification: If you find your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have us "correct the course" immediately.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): When you decide to leave the team or under certain conditions, you have the right to ask us to "wipe your tracks off the map" by deleting your personal data.
• Right to Restrict Processing: In specific circumstances (e.g., while you contest the accuracy of your data), you have the right to ask us to temporarily "park the truck," restricting the use of your data.
